As a lifelong resident and family farmer in Chester County, PA Joe Stratton has experienced the joys and challenges of owning and operating a small family farm in an ever changing environment.  Along the way, Joe has been a successful manager for a large agribusiness, helped start several small businesses, and worked with his parents and other family members to enable a smooth transition of their family farm to the next generation.  Joe earned his B.S. in Agriculture and recently added an MBA from Penn State.  He has also been recognized by the Equipment Leasing Industry as a Certified Leasing Professional (CLP).  He specializes in helping others identify their skills and passion for farming and other agriculturally related businesses.
